Please try taking these steps in order to try to resolve your issue:
1) Please ensure your firewall is not conflicting with accessing sites, authentication scripts, etc. A firewall setup that is too strict as not to allow interaction with web pages and the scripts needed to authorize login, will create a problem.
2) Remove or disable all download managers.
3) Both Username and Password are case sensitive, make sure you type in correctly; we suggest you to COPY and PASTE your password into the login box. From where you saved your user information.
4) Try using a different browser such as Netscape. You may download this free of charge at www.netscape.com
5) Please ensure there are NO spaces in the beginning or end of your password

Account got blocked due to multiple IP's
In order to repair the blocked account problem you are currently having, please clear your browser's cookies and cached files within the tools/options menu.
Disable any download managers in use, if they are associated to your web browser, as some of the sites do not support download managers.
If you are working behind any firewall or proxy or any security software, please disable it, too.
If you are using cable modem, reset your modem and assign the new IP address to the computer (if DHCP enabled).
I am trying to signup but getting rejected by biller
Please check this issue with your Card provider, insufficient funds or temporary problems in the credit card network may be the cause. Signup may have been rejected by the card processing network or cardholder's bank when the signup was in its grace period, so you are not penalized and the signup is merely deactivated. This is often due to factors which cannot be checked in real-time such as not-yet-reported stolen or lost cards.
Try to sign up with another Credit card or try different email address.
It could also be a browser's problem so please delete your cookies, temporary internet files and clear the history files of your browser, then close all the opened windows, reopen it and try again.
Can I choose/Change my own password?
No, you cannot change or set your password. Passwords are system generated and cannot be set to your own choice, for security reasons, but can be updated or reset on request.
Is it possible to reinstate an expired account?
No, it is not possible to reinstate an expired or cancelled account. You need to signup again.

If you tried to signup through the web900 number and the pin code doesn't work, make sure you’ve waited at least 30 minutes for the information to update. As this is necessary coming from a third party biller. If the problem persists, ensure that you wrote down the correct pin number, you can call Ibill directly to verify this. If not corrected by then please send an email HERE and provide the pin code and telephone # from where you dialed the web900 number.

How to Make Windows Media Player my Default Player?
To make Windows Media Player your default media player, follow these steps:
In Windows Media Player, click Tools, and then click Options.
On the Formats tab, under Available File Formats, click Select All to select all of the file formats listed (or you can click to select each individual check box).
Click Apply, and then click OK.
Windows Media Player is now Your default media player for the selected media files.

How can I clear my cache or delete temporary internet files?
If you are using Internet Explorer:
1. Open an Internet browser window.
2. Click on Tools from menu bar and click on last option "internet options"
3. Go to General tab and under "temporary internet files" section, click on "delete cookies" and then "delete files", making sure that you check the box which asks you to "delete all offline content" and then press OK.
4. Close the browser window and restart your computer.
AOL uses Internet Explorer settings, so if you are using AOL browser, follow the same instructions on Internet Explorer on your computer, it will work for AOL browser.
If you are using Netscape:
To delete cookies:
1. Open a window of Netscape
2. Go to Edit and then Preferences.
3. Click Privacy and Security Tab and go to Cookies section
4. Then click on Manage Stored Cookies and then hit Remove all cookies
To delete Temporary Internet Files:
Follow the above steps 1 and 2
3. Then Click on Advanced
4. Then select CACHE
5. Hit Clear Cache button
When done close the window and restart you computer.

Why my password has been changed without notifying me?
Your password might have changed due to one of the following factors:
1. System detects multiple failed attempts to login on to the website.
2. Account has been inactive and not in use for some period of time.
3. Account was used from different computers.
This is done to protect your username and password, from being used by an unauthorized person.

What can I do about video problems?
Check for updates for your video card driver. If that doesn't solve the problem, turn down (or turn off) video acceleration. To do this in Windows Media Player 9 Series, go to the Options dialog box and look for this option on the Performance tab.
While playing the movies, I am getting (504) or the licensing system Error.
!!!We don't use DRM anymore for our new movies!!!. This can only happen with DRM protected movies. Only 5% (~50) of all movies available (>1000) on our Network are DRM protected. All other movies will play without license authorisation.
You need to make sure that under Windows Media Player 9, go to tools menu and select options and go to the privacy tab and make sure that send unique playerid to content provider is checked.
All clips will ask You to go through an "individualization process" when the first drm-ed clip is played.
The message that appears will be The owner of the protected content you are trying to access requires you to first upgrade some of the Microsoft DRM components on your computer.
Click OK to upgrade your DRM components.
This is required and you will not be able to play any clips packaged by us without this update.
This is to add higher security levels to the DRM-ed clip to avoid the packaging on the content being easily circumvented in case of a hacked player application.
If the individualization completes and you are not able to log in into the license issuer, there is no error but the clip does not play, go here.
The process is similar for windows media 7.1+ You will need to access it with IE 5.5 sp1 or higher.

Please make sure that you do not change the time/date on your computer through either the Operating System or the bios level to an earlier time as this causes all licenses provided by our licensing service to be rendered unusable. This error message will then be shown to you while tryin to play back the content.

!!!We don't use DRM anymore for our new movies!!!The answer is to create a Windows Media player 9 based playlist. The below tutorial will tell you how to do this:
Once you open up Windows Media Player you choose File -> New Playlist or CTRL+N. Once you have that selected you have a new window open up which will have on the left hand side a list of playlists already created. If this is the first time you have made a playlist then it will just have Sample Playlist listed there. On the right hand side is the Playlist Name which should have New Playlist highlighted. In this case for the example I am going to choose the name Dj Tiesto, because that is what is going into it. You can choose any name for this, it is really down to what you are putting into the playlist.
After putting in Dj Tiesto as the name of the playlist I now have to add the Video clips. If you click OK at the bottom of the window we just had open it will take you back to the standard Windows Media Player window. You then search your drive to where the music is stored and select the Video clips that you want. When you find a video clip that you want to add then you right click the Video clip and select Add to Playlist. After adding it to the playlist, Windows Media Player will open up again with a small window that has Add to Playlist on the top of it and will show you a list of playlists already created. All you do then is choose what playlist you want it added to.
That is basically all there is to it. You can do playlists for all the Video clips you have and download. After you have created all these playlists though you then have to access them.
If you already have a playlist created but you want to edit it after creation you can do so by opening up Windows Media Player and choose File -> Edit Playlist or CTRL+D. This will open the same window that you had when you originally created the playlist and you can remove Video clips by clicking the X at the bottom of the window or move Video clips up and down by using the arrow keys on the window.
That is basically all there is to it. You can do playlists for all the Video clips you have and download. After you have created all these playlists though you then have to access them. Once again that is quite easy. In the top right corner there is a drop down menu that has all the playlists that have been created. If you want to choose a specific playlist to play then you just click the down arrow on the playlist and choose the one that you want. Another good feature available is if you find another Video clip that you want added to the playlist you are currently playing is that you can right click the Video clip and then choose the Queue-it-up and it will add it to the current playlist.
Cannot Acquire DRM License with Netscape 6 as Your Default Browser
SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to play content that is protected by Digital Rights Management (DRM), the license may not be downloaded when you use Netscape 6 as your default browser, you may receive the following error message, and the content may not play:
Http/1.1 400 Bad Request (the data is invalid). The Page Cannot be Displayed.
There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because there is no DRM plug-in support for Netscape 6.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, contact the manufacturer for a compatible update.
WORKAROUND
Use either of the following methods to work around this behavior:
Use Netscape 4.x with the plug-in installed. When you do this, Netscape can acquire the license.
Use Internet Explorer as your default browser to play content that is protected by DRM.

Login problems? Copy and paste your username and password
For security reasons, passwords can be a complicated sequence of characters. An easy way to login is to copy and paste both username and password into the login box, from the email containing your membership information. You can also save this information on a simple text file.
- Place the mouse at the beginning of the username, by clicking on the space immediately before the first character. Hold down the mouse’s left button and slide it across the word to the last character of the username, so the whole word is highlighted. Release the left button.
- Place the mouse on top of the highlighted word and right click on it.; choose “copy” from the drop down menu choices. ( Pressing Ctrl-C also can be used instead).
- The word is now copied and needs to be pasted to the login box.
- Place the cursor inside the space provided for username inside the login box. Right click on the blank space and choose “paste” from the drop down menu choices (Pressing Ctrl –V also can be used)
- Special care should be taken not to highlight beyond the length of the word, as blank spaces translate into characters not part of the username or password, login may fail.
- To Copy and paste password, follow the same procedure, highlighting the username instead.
